I’m so looking forward to being thin.

You know what? It’s going to be worth the wait. All the hard work, the conscious portion controlling, the drinking water (I love water), the success when you step on the scale each week. It’s going to be slow, but worth it.

I feel better when I eat well and exercise.

No guilt, no regrets, etc.

Everything will pay off in the end, I know it will.
